As the Founder of Information Solutions, I established an IT SME that grew to serve 12 corporate clients, focusing on tailored IT solutions for the SME sector. My responsibilities included customer care, new client acquisition, and the development of new business fields. I managed and implemented IT projects, ensuring they met the specific needs of SMEs, while also leading a team of up to four employees.

Result: Successfully built a reliable IT service provider that effectively addressed the needs of corporate clients, expanded the business portfolio, and fostered a collaborative and productive team environment.
