    Driving experience fit for Swisscom B2C Wireline by optimizing digital touchpoints and ensuring seamless, customer-centric journeys.

    Key focus on aligning product, brand, and experience strategy to enhance engagement and conversion. Leading cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of Experience Design, Product Strategy, and Service Innovation.

  • 03.2022 – 12.2023 | Zürich & Sri Lanka
    Founded and developed Cielato, a bio-vegan ice cream brand, overseeing brand strategy, marketing, and business development in Zurich.

    From 07.2023, expanded the initiative to Sri Lanka, prototyping a sustainable tourism concept and supporting a local aid project.

  • 09.2017 – 07.2023 | Zürich/Bern
    Owned P&L responsibility and led the market launch of key Swisscom products, including Mail Security, Secure Internet Traffic, and Direct Internet Access (DIA).

    Managed the InOne-KMU Office portfolio (200,000+ customers), driving product strategy, lifecycle management, and customer-focused innovations.

    Led cross-functional teams and steered agile product development to align business goals with market needs.
